Increased sales force at LANDMECO

LANDMECOs continuous growth has resulted in a growing need to increase the sales force. We are therefore pleased to welcome Bent Nørskov Nielsen.

 

Bent's primary tasks will from the start be partly aftersales project management and the handling of LANDMECOs spare part sales. Additionally, Bent will assist the rest of the sales force with quotations and order handling.

Poland: LANDMECOs first participation at Pomerian Poultry Forum was a huge success

Monday the 15 June, LANDMECO was exhibiting at the ’Third Pomerian Poultry Forum’ in Poland for the first time, and it was a huge success.  Tomasz Wróblewski, LANDMECOs Sales Manager in Poland had a short but very interesting speech during the exhibitions Lecture Part on the topic: “Challenges facing the polish poultry farmer in order to make production more profitable and efficient”.

 

After the Lecture Part, the interest in LANDMECO stand increased sharply, and I had so many quotations enquiries and new contacts, which I need to follow up on now. The interest was simply overwhelming”, says a happy, but also very busy Sales Manager Tomasz Wróblewski.

Low FCR rates i South Africa continues…
One of LANDMECOs recent orders in South Africa was installed with Pieter Buitendag, Metacine (PTY) LTD. 

 

At this point Pieter Buitendag has finished three cycles in the houses with LANDMECO equipment, and the FCR rates are really good. The lowest FCR is 1.40 and the highest FCR is 1.50. Well done!

Good start for Dynamic Automation & LANDMECO

Mid-april LANDMECO had the opportunity to inform Dynamic Automations customers about LANDMECOs products during an Open House event held by Dynamic Automation (LANDMECOs dealer in South Africa).

 

LANDMECO experienced great interest and curiosity from the attending customers, and the event definitely gave rise to some interesting subsequent customer contacts and quotations.

Satisfaction requires hard work right from the start

LANDMECOs latest employee, Tomasz Wróblewski, Sales Manager in Poland, has been on an extensively intro course at LANDMECO this week, to learn all about our products, our clients our way of doing business etc. Next week he will be back in Poland, ready to meet up with new and existing LANDMECO clients.

LANDMECO get sales department in Poland

LANDMECOs entry on the Polish market startet for almost a year ago and the development has subsequently been rapid. The Polish market within broilers is constantly growing, and customers know what they want, namely quality. This is a very good starting point for LANDMECO.

 

The growing demand for LANDMECOs products combined with the language-related challenges have led to LANDMECO employing a Polish Sales Manager, residing in Poland, namely Tomasz Wróblewski, from 1 April 2015. Tomasz has many years of experience as an independent advisor in the broiler industry in Poland, and he is looking forward to becoming a part of LANDMECO and helping our customers in Poland.

Dynamic Automation becomes LANDMECOs dealer in South Africa
LANDMECO have been looking for the right dealer in South Africa for quite some time and during VIV Asia 2015 the final details came into place.

And in connection with Dynamic Automation's Open House event in mid-April, LANDMECOs Export Manager Alex Dybdal will  therefore be able to present Dynamic Automation's customers for LANDMECOs products and solutions. LANDMECO has currently delivered several houses to customers in South Africa, and the results are amazing.

Open house at Tommy Dideriksen, Varde, Denmark

Congratulations to Tommy Dideriksen with the nice new chicken house on 2,300 m2. Now Tommy has two houses, both with LANDMECO equipment, with a total capacity of approximately 70,000 chickens.

 

Tommy is very skilled and innovative and is always looking for opportunities for improvement. We are looking forward to our further cooperation.

Felleskjøpets exhibition 'Bedre Landbruk' was a big success

This year's 'Bedre Landbruk' exhibition in Lillestrøm was a great success for LANDMECOs dealer in Norway Felleskjøpet. They had 8,000 visitors during the two days the exhibition lasted, and there was also plenty of interest in LANDMECOs products throughout the weekend from both existing and potential new customers.

 

Felleskjøpet offered food and drinks through the exhibition, and the visitors were both hungry and thirsty. There were eaten 10,000 sausages, 10,000 buns and 600 kg apples. All this was 'washed down' with 1100 liters of juice and 500 liters of coffee. Bon appetite.

Delivering the first 2015 LANDMECO calendar

It should of course be delivered in person to broiler producers Sølvi and Åge Haugvalstad, Mosterøy, Norway, since they were the ones who asked to have the calendar made ​​again, as LANDMECO did not produce any calendars in 2014.

 

So we (Karsten Andersen & Marie-Louise Fabricius) showed up unannounced at Sølvi and Åge at 9 pm Saturday morning, as it was to be a surprise. And it really was. We found Åge in the chicken house’ office and was allowed to take a look into the great looking house equipped with LANDMECOs systems. We saw a flock of fine fine birds in a nice house, with an uncommonly beautiful location right by the fjord.

 

Unfortunately we did not get to meet Sølvi, but later that day she sent us a glorious photo wearing LANDMECO hat and t-shirt. Wau - what a great looking LANDMECO model.
