Since the beginning of 2025, Landmeco has had a close collaboration with the staffing agency ATN Service, which provides qualified employees – both temporary staff and permanent hires – to the company.

The background for the collaboration was a personal connection between Anders Kristian Andersen, Managing Director at Landmeco, and Mogens Hansen, Operations Manager at ATN Service.

“Mogens and I have known each other since business school. He called me between Christmas and New Year because he had heard that we were lacking manpower. He believed that ATN Service could step in with qualified temps who could start as early as week two. We tried it – and since then, the collaboration has been running at full strength,” says Anders Kristian Andersen.

At Landmeco, ATN Service works to find employees with different educational and professional backgrounds. Anders Kristian Andersen highlights the temps’ high level of expertise and flexibility as a clear advantage:

“We know that the temps from ATN Service maintain a high professional standard. They come from Poland, and Poles are generally very good at settling in and adapting to our workflows. We are an international company with employees from more than ten different countries, so integrating foreign labor is completely natural for us.”

The collaboration has developed to include both temporary staff and permanent hires, and Landmeco finds that ATN Service succeeds in matching the right employee with the right task:

“ATN Service’s strength lies in their ability to find skilled and experienced employees. Many already have experience from other Danish companies, which makes integration here much easier. We get employees who both master their craft and quickly understand our processes,” explains Anders Kristian Andersen.

With Landmeco’s growth in recent years, the need for qualified labor has increased significantly. The Managing Director is confident that ATN Service can keep up:

“We have grown quite significantly over the past year, and we hope that the journey continues. We are convinced that ATN Service can continue to deliver the right employees in line with our development. In my view, we have built up a solid collaboration in a short time. An agreement is an agreement – and if something doesn’t work, we have a dialogue and find a solution together.”

Anders Kristian Andersen concludes:
