Professional Journey
Hans Klemmensen’s career in poultry farming has been marked by notable achievements and extensive hands-on experience. Currently, he is with Axel Månsson Øko-Ægget ApS, where he has spent the past 4.5 years managing breeding houses and optimizing chicken production. Hans’s knack for creating efficient systems and spotting optimization opportunities has been a cornerstone of his success.
One of Hans’s proudest accomplishments includes helping build a chicken coop for 30,000 chickens and a rearing house for over 90,000 animals. His experience extends to starting up welfare chicken production at Rokkedahl, where he played a critical role in planning, implementing, and optimizing operations.
Hans also gained foundational knowledge at Henrik Christensen, where he trained in broilers, organic chickens, rearing and hens. His interest lies in organic farming, but he is equally adept in conventional farming practices.

Outside of his professional life, Hans enjoys drawing and envisioning new barn designs that can adapt to various farming needs. He sees the future of farming as flexible and innovative, with multi-stables that can cater to conventional, free-range, and organic farming methods.
