Paving the Way for Poultry Innovation in Indonesia: Meet Arfiyan Sudrajat, Landmeco’s Area Sales Manager

We’re excited to welcome Arfiyan Sudrajat, Landmeco’s locally based Area Sales Manager for Indonesia. With over 15 years of experience in the country’s dynamic poultry sector, Arfiyan is ready to help shape the future of poultry production in one of Southeast Asia’s most promising markets.

A Deep-Rooted Background in Poultry

Born and raised in Indonesia, Arfiyan holds a bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry from Diponegoro University in Semarang. Since graduating, he has built a career that spans broiler breeder farms, animal health, farm ventilation systems, and feed additives—offering him a 360-degree view of the poultry business.

“I’ve worked across different segments of the poultry value chain, from farm management to technical sales. That experience helps me understand the real challenges farmers face—and what kind of support they need.”

Arfiyan began his journey as a supervisor at a broiler breeder farm under CP Indonesia, then moved on to roles in technical sales with PT Agrinusa Jaya Sentosa (Japfa Group), Big Dutchman Indonesia, and most recently, as a Business Manager at German-based chemical company Evonik.

Why Landmeco?

For Arfiyan, joining Landmeco wasn’t just an opportunity—it was a challenge worth pursuing.

“Landmeco is one of the leading poultry equipment companies in Europe, and when I heard they were entering the Indonesian market, I knew I wanted to be part of it. It’s not every day that you get the chance to build something from the ground up.”

Arfiyan’s role goes far beyond sales. He’s a full-fledged business partner for Indonesian farmers—offering not just products, but also technical advice, project support, and long-term collaboration.

Looking Ahead

Arfiyan is optimistic about what’s ahead, not just for himself, but for Landmeco’s future in Indonesia. “I want to be the first local Indonesian to bring Landmeco into farms across the country. And I believe we can do that by showing the market that Landmeco is not only innovative—but also practical and farmer-focused.”

Beyond the Office

When he’s not working, Arfiyan enjoys the balance between thoughtful planning and spontaneous adventure.

“Sometimes I’m a serious, calculating thinker. Other times I just go with the flow. I like to think of that as adaptability—and it helps me handle whatever comes my way.”
