Roulleau family chose SKIOLDLANDMECOs Combo
due to the great results in numbers of floor eggs, system eggs and nest occupation.
The choice of Mr. and Mrs. Loïc and Corinne Roulleau was easily made after a few visits to other installations supplied by SKIOLDLANDMECO in the Breton region. Roulleau family chose SKIOLDLANDMECOs aviary system because of the pyramidal shape, which ensures openness, easy access and good aeration. Low maintenance and ease of use were also key factors. And as the results of other farmers in the region using SKIOLDLANDMECOs equipment were the best in numbers of floor eggs, system eggs and nest occupation, they did not have any doubts, when choosing SKIOLDLANDMECO.
It is the Roulleau family’s first investment in aviary. They are originally specialized in raising ducks, but due to the decreasing demand in the duck market, they decided to invest in SKIOLDLANDMECOs aviary system in order to produce free range eggs (Code1).
The farm has a capacity of 30.000 birds, and is situated in department 35, right in the heart of the poultry industry of France. Together with our main distributor Sodimel, we have just finished this fantastic installation with three rows of Combo aviary system, and the birds has arrived at the end of May.
“SKIOLDLANDMECO are proud to be a part of this project and present this new house as an example of dedication and trust in our brand. Design, advanced technology, attention to animal welfare and great after-service are some of the keys to our success in France and worldwide. I feel confident, that our local presence together with Sodimel in the region, can only get stronger day by day. We wish the Roulleau family all the best in the future and hope they will enjoy plenty of job satisfaction and a fantastic return on investment,” says Francis Lecot, Area Sales Manager.
