With over 15 years of sales experience across animal feeds, pig genetics, farm equipment systems, and farm construction, Roland brings a unique blend of industry knowledge and customer insight to help Filipino poultry producers grow smarter and more sustainably.
Practical Knowledge, Built on Sales and Field Experience
Roland’s deep involvement in the livestock industry has given him a front-row seat to the challenges farmers face every day—from feed conversion and housing efficiency to animal health and long-term ROI. Over the years, he has worked with both multinational companies like Cargill, PIC, and Topigs Norsvin, and with local enterprises—allowing him to stay grounded in what truly matters on the farm.
“Listening is everything,” Roland shares. “You have to train your eyes and ears to spot what the farmer really needs—even if they don’t say it directly. That’s how you bring value.”
