An important milestone for Landmeco was marked in the best possible way with a topping-out ceremony for the 1,100 square metres of new warehouse space.
The morning began grey and rainy, but during the day the weather changed, and guests who stopped by Haulundvej 16 to take a closer look at the construction site were able to enjoy sausages and drinks in relatively good weather.
At the tables in the tent, which was set up under the rafters of the new warehouse, employees, craftsmen, customers, suppliers and other partners stopped by to congratulate the company on the expansion.
CEO Anders Kristian Andersen was also pleased as he took status in the middle of the afternoon.
‘It’s great that we’ve come so far with the construction, and now we’re looking forward to getting the hall closed so it can be put into use,’ said Anders Kristian Andersen.
The 1,100 square metres will contain a warehouse and an additional shipping hall.
‘In terms of storage capacity, we are expanding by 15 per cent. This expansion is necessary because things are moving at full speed here in Ølgod, and overall we are following our growth strategy. All in all, the entire business is booming,’ explained Anders Kristian Andersen, who also thanked the many people who chose to stop by.
‘A big thank you to everyone. It means a lot to us here at Landmeco that people have taken the time to visit us and congratulate us. And a big thank you for the many wonderful gifts on the gift table,’ said Anders Kristian Andersen.
