Friday the 15th of April, Rokkedahl Farm held an open house
In their 3 new organic broiler houses, where there is room for 4800 chickens in each house. Throughout the day, there were a lot of visitors.
LANDMECO supplied the feeding and drinking systems for the houses and were proud to be part of the impressive project.
As seen in the pictures, Rokkedahl Landbrug has put a lot of effort into providing their future visitors and customers with the best possible experience and understanding of the welfare of the chickens. Rokkedahl Landbrug has thus integrated a large and impressive showroom in one of the chicken houses, from which visitors can walk down to a platform with glass windows located beneath the chicken house, allowing them to observe the chickens in the barn at their eye level. A truly impressive way to gain insight into the behavior of the chickens.
Rokkedahl Landbrug is a highly successful player in the Danish broiler market with a total of 40 houses.
