In connection with the inauguration of their two new organic egg-laying barns, which are constructed as contiguous arched halls. Each of the new arched halls has a capacity of 6 sections of 3,000 hens, making the total capacity 36,000 organic hens.
LANDMECO has provided all the equipment in the barns, opting for a solution with LANDMECO’s Combo floor systems, Lubing slat belts, and Staalkat packing machines. The two connected arched halls were constructed by Future Rundbuehaller, and the hens come from breeder Jørgen Lodberg.
A proud Peder Gasbjerg showed his guests around, and we can certainly understand why. The very best experience was when Peder opened the gates and let the hens run out into the green areas. It looked like a large white wave rushing out of the house towards the trees. No matter how many times you witness it, each time is special.
