Torger Motland Builds Advanced Broiler House with LANDMECO Systems in Norway

LANDMECO proudly congratulates Torger Motland from Rogaland, Norway, on the successful completion of his new 20×60 meter broiler house, designed to accommodate approximately 23,000 chickens. This modern facility is equipped with LANDMECO’s advanced poultry systems and ventilation from SKOV, ensuring optimal conditions for broiler production.

The installation includes five rows of pan feeding systems with a total of 380 bowls, providing a ratio of 60 chickens per pan. Additionally, the broilers have access to six drinking lines equipped with 1,530 nipples, resulting in 15 chickens per nipple. This setup ensures that fresh feed and water are always readily available, promoting healthy growth and productivity.

This project marks Torger Motland’s first venture into chicken farming, and we hope it’s the beginning of many successful endeavors. The open house day, which featured Torger Motland and his father, attracted a large number of potential customers from the area. LANDMECO’s sales representative, Johnny Hansen, along with Asbjørn Mæland from Felleskjøpet Rogaland Agder, also attended, making it a day full of valuable insights and networking.
